Located at the bottom of any page where you are required to enter your personal information (name, address, credit card) is a Secure Site emblem (shaped like a padlock). We use Authorize.Net as our payment gateway provider. This service provider has an A+ rating by the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

Product Registration

There are no negative consequences for not registering your products; there are only benefits for registering.

Registering your product activates your warranty and provides you with you access to receiving updates and upgrades regarding your products.

If you ever need technical assistance, we will be able to more readily help you due to your product information being on file. Also, in the event that you ever require proof of purchase (ex. for insurance purposes), you can request one from us. We would be happy to send you one.

Returns & Cancellations

In the unlikely event you receive a product that is damaged or missing parts, please notify us within 30 days of delivery so we might assist you in resolving the issue. We will arrange for a return and/or shipment of a replacement part.

Note: We might ask for digital photos of the product damage to process your claim. If photos are requested, please email them to customerservice@rumbletuff.com

Yes, customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses. Customers who charge Rumble Tuff shipping for a free shipping item will have the shipping expenses deducted from their refund. For your security, please ship with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.

Yes, but we cannot accept a return without a receipt, so please ask your gift-giver for the receipt. Once you have the receipt, you may return it with the item for a refund. Please keep in mind that the refund for the item will be issued to the same credit card that was used to purchase the order, or, if you wish, you can exchange your gift for another Rumble Tuff product.

Please provide the order number, the name of the person who purchased the order, the products you wish to return and the reason you are returning them when requesting a return.

When we have received your request, you will be issued a return authorization number. Please provide this number on your order receipt with your return shipment. Address all return shipments to:

At Rumble Tuff, we ship our products as soon as possible. All orders are shipped within two business days, but some may ship sooner. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been placed.

If you place your order during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM, MST), please call us as soon as possible at 801-609-8168 (toll-free 855-228-8388) and we will do our best to accommodate you. If your order was placed after business hours, please send us an email or a voice mail requesting a cancellation of your order.

If your order has already been shipped, we apologize for the inconvenience. You may return the item for a full refund, however, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the product has been opened, you will be responsible for a 15% return processing fee for the item. Unopened items returned within 30 days are not subject to return processing fees.

Please provide your name, order number, the products you wish to exchange, and the item(s) you wish to receive. You can place your order by phone or email, and the amount will immediately be deducted from your total or we can issue you a store credit coupon by phone or email in the amount of the item(s) you returned. You can use the coupon at our online store to purchase your exchange item(s).

Our guaranteed warranty period for all of our products is 30 days, unless specified in a breast pump user manual. Unopened items returned within 30 days of the purchase date are not subject to return processing fees. Breast Pumps are not returnable as they are personal hygienic products, but we will warranty any defective products and issue an exchange. Please refer to your user manual or our Warranty and Exchange Policies for more information.

Shipping

To enter an APO, FPO, or DPO address on our order form, please follow these instructions:
  • City field: Enter "APO,"FPO," or "DPO."
  • State/Province/Region field: In these fields, enter the two-letter code for the region where the recipient is stationed. Typically, but not always, the code is "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas; and "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific.

Following these steps will ensure that you are charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO, FPO, DPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. Please provide for at least one week for delivery once the order has been shipped, however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

The customer is always held responsible for assuring that the products they order can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Rumble Tuff, the customer is defined as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Please keep in mind that you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees which will be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility; we have no authorization over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are located outside of the United States and you are interested in purchasing from us, we advise you to contact your local customs office for more detailed information. Please be aware that when customs procedures are required, they may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We have recently instituted our standard shipping and handling service in an effort to help reduce shipping costs. With these rates in place, we can now find you the cheapest and fastest carrier for your order whether you live in a rural or residential area. Most of our packages ship via ground service with UPS, FedEx, and USPS carriers.

For orders within the United States, shipping generally takes 2 - 5 business days. For orders made outside the US, please allow for a minimum of 5 days for your shipment to arrive.

If you need your package to arrive faster than ground services allow for, you must request expedited shipping while placing your order.
