Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty

Rumble Tuff products are covered by a limited warranty for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Some Rumble Tuff breast pump components are covered by a limited warranty for 120 days from the date of purchase.

Rumble Tuff electric breast pump motors are covered by a limited warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty service or work.

We only warranty products purchased from an authorized US Rumble Tuff dealer. International warranties will be covered by the authorized dealer of that country.

Rumble Tuff warranties do not cover improper use, mistreatment, or abuse. The use of certain unapproved accessories can void the warranty.

If your warranty is expired or void, we will still troubleshoot with you and help you as much as we can.

Refer to your user manual for more information on what is and isn’t covered under your breast pump’s warranty.

Rumble Tuff is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during shipment.

If you are experiencing a problem with your Rumble Tuff product, contact customer service by phone or email. We will do our best to troubleshoot your problem and get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Breast Pump Replacement Warranty

If it is determined after correspondence that your breast pump requires warranty work, we will provide you with a link via email to a web form. You are required to fill out the form. Email us your proof of purchase, or let us know that you will send a physical copy with the pump, and you will be issued an RMA. Once you receive a return label, send us your problematic pump and power adapter.

Note: Proof of purchase is required for all warranty service or work.

Note: Improper packaging can lead to a pump damaged in shipment which will void your warranty.

Note: For the health and safety of Rumble Tuff employees, please make sure your breast pump and any accessories that you send to us are clean and free of any milk deposits. We cannot touch or handle any pumps or accessories that arrive in an unsanitary condition. Unsanitized pumps will not be serviced and will be returned.

Shipping Options for Warranty

After the online form is filled out and approved, you will be issued a return label by email. Send in your pump and power adapter. We will repair your pump within two business days of receiving it. If we cannot repair it, we will replace it. We will return it to you upon completion. Under normal shipping conditions, you may be without your pump for up to two (2) weeks.

If your pump or power adapter has sustained damage or mistreatment not covered by the warranty, we will contact you with your options and the estimated cost to repair or replace your pump.

Local (Utah)
You can bring your problematic pump and power adapter directly to our Orem, Utah office for repair work. We will need to see your proof of purchase. Please call ahead with your estimated time of arrival to ensure that someone is available to look at your pump when you arrive.

We will ship you a replacement breast pump of the same model and a new power adapter. We will include a return address label with the new pump. Send your problematic pump and power adapter to us within two (2) weeks of receiving the replacement pump.

Note: Your credit card will be charged the shipping fee, and a deposit for the full price of the replacement pump will be preauthorized (but not charged). If your problematic pump and power adapter are not returned to us within an agreed-upon time-frame, you may be charged the full price for your replacement pump. If the problematic pump is found to have damage caused from improper use, mistreatment, or abuse, you may be charged the full price for your replacement pump. Upon request, the credit card authorization can be put on a different card than you use to pay the shipping fee.

Expired Warranty or Non-Warrantied Repairs

If your warranty has expired or your pump has sustained minor damage not covered by your warranty, don’t worry. Contact Customer Service about having your pump repaired. We will repair your pump for you at a very reasonable price.

Return and Exchange Policies

Rumble Tuff will only accept returns or exchanges for unopened products within thirty (30) days of purchase. Unopened items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Breast pumps may only be returned if the seal on the box is unbroken. Breast pumps and accessories are hygienic products and cannot be returned once opened. Malfunctioning breast pumps may be exchanged through our warranty exchange process.

Changing pad and pad covers may be returned or exchanged after being opened. We understand that there can be misunderstandings in size or color. However, once used, the products may not be returned or exchanged.

Baby care items may only be returned or exchanged if they are unopened.

For any return or exchange request, email or call our customer service department. Please include your name, order number, the product(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your request is received, you will be issued a return authorization number. Please provide this number on your order receipt with your return shipment. You are responsible for all shipping costs. ​Address all return shipments to our office:

The refund for a returned item will be returned to the card used for the purchase. For an exchange, the requested replacement item will be sent or a store coupon equal to the product purchase price will be issued. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and new shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
