The Rumble Tuff Puff replaces the old pads from your standard changing tables, and does it with comfort for the new baby. The puff is made of soft terry cloth with a padding to keep the baby comfortable and yet safe and secure. It has two slits to accommodate safety belts. Comes in all 20 Rumble Tuff colors.
