Never got my order, reached out to the company multiple times and never heard anything back.
I just got my slim cups today and I’ve used them 3 times so far as an exclusive pumper for my almost 2 month old and I love them! I’m one of those people who only responds to hard plastic flanges, so finding these ones was such a challenge! But thanks to chat GPT I found them, and I’m so impressed with them! I highly recommend them for anyone who also finds that they don’t respond well to silicone flanges or inserts and want a more flexible pumping set up; also wanted to add that they work great w my PGA (Pumpables genie advanced) pump!

I am not sure if this is user error but the cups just do not empty me as well as the regular spectra flanges. I really wanted to like these as I like the easy to clean features and discrete look of these.

Slim-Cups have a bit of a learning curve and the instructions must be followed specifically such as boiling before use, ensuring the diaphragm is exactly lined up over the output valve, etc. Sizing recommendations can also vary from lactation professional to lactation professional with some recommending to size up and down or add mm's to your measurement, which will also affect output with our cups. Literally did NOTHING.
I went from getting 7oz to nothing from 1 breast and maybe 1/2oz on the other.
