Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

Rumble Tuff® only accepts return of product(s) purchased from rumbletuff.com. Product(s) purchased through a third party are not eligible for return to Rumble Tuff.

In order for product(s) to be eligible for a refund, the product(s) needs to be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase date and be in the original, unopened packaging. The product can be returned for store credit, exchanged for a different product or refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

Please note the following exceptions to the Refund and Exchange policy:

  • Returned product(s) must be in original packaging as received, unopened, unused and undamaged in any way.
  • Discounted item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Due to the personal nature of our Rumble Tuff® Pumps and Breast shields, these items can only be returned if unopened and unused, with factory seal and original packaging intact.
  • Due to the personal nature of our Rumble Tuff® Changing Pads and Covers, these items can only be returned if unopened and unused, with factory seal and original packaging intact.
  • Due to the personal nature of our Rumble Tuff® Masks, all sales are final. Rumble Tuff® will not issue any kind of refund or exchange concerning this item.
  • If, at all possible, please use original packaging for any return.

How To Return Product(s)  

To return an order, please email Rumble Tuff’s Customer Service (customerservice@rumbletuff.com) or call us (801-609-8168). Please be prepared to give the following information:

  • Your name   
  • Order number  
  • Date of purchase  
  • Product(s) to be returned  
  • Reason a return is requested

Once the request is received, a Return Authorization Number will be issued. Please provide this number on a copy of the emailed order receipt, which needs to be included in the return shipment. Please do not attempt to return any item without the Return Authorization Number, as those products will be disposed of, without contacting sender.

Ship the return merchandise to Rumble Tuff® at the address provided below, pre-paid and insured (if sender desires to insure the package), using the shipper of choice. Rumble Tuff® is not responsible for damage or loss during shipment. Address all return shipments to:

After the item is received, Rumble Tuff’s team of professionals will inspect the product(s), to confirm the product(s) have not been used or damaged in any way. If applicable, a refund will then be processed, excluding the shipping charges. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase, excluding shipping charges. For credit card payments, please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on the credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or a return request is initiated after the purchase date of 30 calendar days, the product will not be eligible for a refund.

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take about 3-5 business days. Once the tracking number has been sent to the provided email address, Rumble Tuff is NOT responsible for any lost packages, Incorrect addresses, and addresses with no APT Number. Any problems with package delivery and/or lost packages please contact the U.S. Postal Service.
